Thursday, May 15, 2014. Tablet wont upgrade or update. I was using the tablet and noticed I could no longer view installed apps or install any new apps. Frustrating to say the least. Added a new profile , no difference. Since the network was working, but no updates, I figured it was software based, and the system needed a cold restart. This means power off the unit , press right power button on bottom for 30 seconds, and menu will show to shut down. Shut down and power unit off for 2-5 minutes.
