An engineer, a book addict, and three cute kids. Nora looked totally adorable for the 4th of July this year. When did she get so grown up? The day before my birthday, the kidlets and I met up with some friends at Zuma beach for a fun day in the sand. I love how much my kids love the ocean now. Benji used to be so afraid of the water and refused to go anywhere near it. Now, he will happily play in the shallows and really likes building in the sand too.

Wednesday, May 16, 2012. Our beautiful niece Audri Mei turned eight and chose to be baptized as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She invited us to come to her baptism. Tyler was asked to give a talk and she asked me to lead the music. Friday, July 17, 2015. We had a simple get together for Logans first birthday. Sarah and her kids were in town so we had more cousins to play with. Heres almost all the kids on the couch together. Logan was not really interested in opening presents. But the other kids were very excited and willing to open them for him. He got his own water bottle and wanted to drink out of it right away. From the short time I have worked here, I have already seen an incredible amount of sadness and tragedy. Works with many low-income families and mainly deals with cases that involve domestic violence and child abuse. I have been assigned to sit in on those hearings every Monday.
Tuesday, November 22, 2011. A group of my friends and I went to the midnight showing of Breaking Dawn last Thursday! Being the dork that I am, I wanted to make shirts for everyone. I tend to commit to making things without having any idea of how to do what I want to do.
This year has been a very great year for us. We worked so hard to get in our house and we finally got to move in September 23, 2008! It is so amazing we love it so much! Makenzie is a senior this year, she is such an amazing girl. She started working at Quilted Hen and she makes the best Quilts! Janessa is turning 16 in January. She is our little social butterfly!
