Well for me, i think it depends of the job; some jobs more than others but every job needs experience so. i may say experience wins. This is a true point so this is why you need to know before you go to university what career you want to work in and what is the best path to get you there. employers are now more interested in your ability to do the job not what you have learnt in a classroom.
