Monday, November 14, 2011. Week 4 Creating Your Departure Point. This week we read and reviewed chapters 14 - 16. We did the Relax Into Greatness meditation, which is yoga nidra. Wed, Nov. 16th read Ch. 17 on your own for meet up; we will read and discuss chapters 18 and 19 together. We will do the Accessing your Dhi exercise , and the Healing the Heart meditation together on Wed. as well. We will not meet up the week of Thanksgiving. Our last meet up will be on Wed., Nov. 30th! We will share our V.CONTENT

Gym Chronicles of a Whale Shark. Thursday, 30 July 2009. Anyways, so thats the beginning of the gymming experience. One of the most important factor of a gym is the Ambience, the music is always pulsating, although far off, and then there is the PEOPLE. My nomenclature of the gymming class is similarly binomial. Note, The classification is in hierarchial order pertaining tothe Gym.
Friday, August 29, 2014. According to Grady, Hadley spent one week at Lady Lodge Camp this August. He is hoping to attend Boy Lodge Camp when he is a second grader. In reality, Hadley was a first time camper at Laity Lodge Camp in the Hill Country. I barely got her back in the car to return home after her week stay. She is ready for two weeks next year. Jeremy and Krista were already there celebrating their anniversary so we joined in and had a great night at their outdoor concert. Quick two step dance! .
