Monday, October 25, 2010. A week of well deserved rest. Well i took a week off of running since the marathon. The only exercise that i managed to get in last week was a 2 - 3 hour bike ride in California. I came back to the hustle and bustle of life as a WAHM with two little kids. After 4 days of not working out i started to feel sluggish and extremely tired. Yesterday all i wanted to do was sleep! Thursday, October 21, 2010. Wednesday, October 13, 2010. Monday, October 18, 2010. So i needed to make it through my first day on the life altering plan before posting! The day started slow, slept in enough that the inclination to run was drifting away. But i had laid out my clothes and decided that i should go for it. Then i went to grab my running ipod.dead! Keep in mind it had been a while since i used it. I move onto my car ipod.dead!
