Joels Fiction Blog

This blog is where I will be posting some of my short stories, writing exercises, and eventually, excerpts from a novel. Your job is to read and comment. I want to know what worked and didnt, what jumped out, and what should be deleted. Ive had other writers read my work, but I also want readers to read my work. Readers are why writers write. Right? So please, critique my work and be honest. My feelings wont be hurt. Please feel free to point out any grammar or puncuationspelling. Thanks!

Sunday, May 6, 2012. Hey fam, found these old things. Thursday, April 26, 2012. We took a hike on the first day of 80 degree weather at eagle creek in the gorge. We built this table from the other half of the pallet we used for the herb garden, it was supposed to be full size but it looked goofy so its more of a coffee table for the porch. Monday, April 16, 2012. New pots and some shrubbery. Clear, cool water .
