In February 2009 the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Choir staged an ambitious production of the opera The Fairy Queen for the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras. The opera was conducted by Sarah Penicka -Smith, directed by Sharna Galvin and designed by AnA Wojak. There is a clip here.
