Filled cupcakes rule- so I rifled through my fridge and liquor cabinet to see what I had to work with. I decided on Kahlua and cherry liqueur for the alcoholic content and went from there. The results were exceptional. Here is my recipe. 1 12 cups cake flour. 12 cup white sugar.
