Friday, April 20, 2012. In February, I had the opportunity to travel to Phoenix to go to a Mormon Tabernacle Choir concert. They were invited by our governor, Jan Brewer, to help celebrate the centennial of Arizona becoming a state. This was not a normal tour year for the choir, so they made a special trip just for us.
Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Gosh, I love these kids! E was just a brand new little fella and P was holding his hand because he kept starling and twitching. These boys are the best of friends and love each other so much. Every once in a while, we still catch them holding hands in the car. P graduated from Kindergarten in May 2012.

Monday, November 14, 2011. Jasper Mackey! This guy loves to snuggle! The newest addition to the Mackey family! He is a mini schnauzer and he fits in with us. We knew that after we lost our sweet Robbie, it would be hard to move on with another dog. Be a super convenient time. So, one day, I jumped on line and found an ad for an 8 week old mini schnauzer puppy in need of a good home.
Monday, August 23, 2010. I know, I know. I am the worst at making decisions and sticking to them. He would patiently allow me to groom his thick coat but after a while he would have to have a lie down though he would obligingly roll over so I could brush his other side and on windy days great fur mots sometimes escaped from my grasp and could be seen tumbling across the garden.
