Thursday, October 30, 2014. Our Baby is No Longer a Baby. Our Matthias Theodore turned one year old last month. It was a surreal feeling for his birthday to come around. On one hand it felt as though he was still that chubby newborn with a head of dark hair and on the other it felt like a lifetime had passed. This year has presented some heavy trials for us and we are thankful that Matthias has been a big bright spot. Matthias and Marcus- cousins and little buddies.
Planes, Trains, and Labradoodles. So excited about Henrys room. I took all of nine months to complete and we cannot wait to have him home in it. I hope he enjoys it! I had the mirror above the changing table already and just refinished it to make it work together. Luckily, we found this boat in an antique store, all it needs is his name painted on it! Thursday, December 26, 2013. We had the best Christmas this year! We have always said that our girls will always wake up and have Christmas at their own house and this year was no different. Last year we started the tradition of Santa stopping by Christmas Eve. I was a little worried about doing it again this year, as the girls cried last year, but it turned out to be the cutest thing ever! What an amazing eve and day! Happy Birthday, Jesus!
