Sunday, January 9, 2011. Weekends are so hard for me. I feel like I am less in control. During the week, I pretty much eat by myself. I work a night job, so if I want to eat, I eat. During the weekend, I am with the family. We do the grocery shopping, and the wife will occasionally get treats. I would rather not have them in the house because if they are here, I will eat them.
