Tuesday, November 19, 2013. This turned out a bit thicker than I like my soups, but it was still great. However, it had so many yummy spices that I added chicken chunks to it and poured it over rice as more of an Indian dish. I love my Indian food! 2 small cans pumpkin. 1 c onion, diced. 3 T minced fresh ginger. 4 T apple juice concentrate. 1 tart apple, diced.

Thursday, May 13, 2010. We had our first appointment on April 6th. Based on our dates at that time we thought we were 8 weeks along. That is around the time I miscarried last time so I was bracing myself for bad news. To my excitement there was a strong heartbeat! That 4 weeks was quite the roller coaster. Thursday, November 17, 2011. October went by too fast. I took Abbie and Ella to the pumpkin patch with the Joyschool group we do with friends. Abbie started preschool on the 25th of October and she is so excited to be apart of her school! Abbie in front of her preschool.
Monday, November 5, 2012. I never have to make breakfast. No washing towels or bedding. Free apples, bananas, and hot chocolate whenever we want. Get to meet lots of people. Any time my kids act up I can blame it on the fact that we live in a hotel.

Thursday, March 12, 2015. We took advantage of Spring Break and headed up North to a resort in Pinetop with the Campbells! It was the PVC at the Roundhouse Resort. We loved every minute of it. We had a roomy 2 bedroom cabin with a full kitchen and everything we needed. It was adjacent to a resort with a recreation center and an indoor pool.
