I love my Sunday baking tradition. It gives me an excuse to curl up indoors and trawl through baking books and sites for the perfect recipe. Plus 2 tbsp Caster Sugar for the topping and a bit extra for dusting. Plus another 3 tbsp of Margarine for spreading.
