The Closet Historian

Saturday, August 15, 2015. Just a quick little outfit that I wore to work today. This lovely silk blouse was a purchase I made at work earlier this summer as soon as it went on sale! When it first came in I fell in love with just how perfectly 50s it was, with my favorite little kimono sleeve and great covered button front. It was pricey being 100 silk, but I waited for it to go on sale and snapped it up before they could seel out! I hope you are all having a lovely weekend! Skirt Made by me. As it is.

Remember that rime frost that I posted back in November. Well, these pictures were taken the very next day. One day the cold fog blew in and froze the world into a beautiful sparkling white wonderland, and the next, the sun came out from behind the clouds and melted it all away. Photos would be nice but.
