A Different Kind of Practice. The focus in medicine today is on treatment, not prevention or etiology of illness. We need to step back and see where problems start in order to solve them. While I firmly believe in, and use, traditional medicine, I also know there are other avenues that can aid in achieving optimal health. These include areas such as nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, mind-body medicine and acupuncture. I try to use as natural of an approach as is possible.
