Friday, March 18, 2011. Time to shape up! Ok, so I am writing about this in here hoping that it will force me to keep up with it and not give up aka get lazy! I am trying my first Crossfit class tonight. I have an amazing track record for doing something for a week or so and then just stopping! What the heck is wrong with me?
