Wednesday, November 17, 2010. Since I flirted with veganism, I have been more willing to step out of my comfort zone and try foods that looks or sounds kinda freaky. When I was at blue nile they had steamed vegan collard greens. Collard greens are one of the healthiest greens for you and I have been curious about them. So I dove in and ordered them.
