Yoga for the Stressed Out College Student. Something changed this semester, though. My workouts started feeling too routine and I was getting more and more bored. I would do the same thing every day. It got to the point where I was doing the absolute bare minimum just so I could say I worked out. And while I was working those muscles, I was also centering myself and releasing tension.
