Hot Nugs - AKA The Armstrongs. Sunday, April 14, 2013. Spring Break Trip to AZ. Spring Break took us to warm and sunny Arizona this year. We decided it was high time we go see the Grand Canyon, plus my parents are playing hooky there in the winter months. It turned into quite an adventure! We met my parents in Cameron, AZ. Cam was pretty excited to find out there is a town with his name! From there we toured the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. It was GRAND! Cameron in Cameron, AZ.

I guess my body thinks that it is time to be awake. This means one of two things.1- I am finally getting use to the sleep deprivation that is my life with a newly diagnosed diabetic or 2- I drank too much diet coke today Either way I am not sleeping so here is what is on my mind. 4- I have to buy a swimming suit tomorrowtoday for the above ment.CONTENT
