The Book Vine Friends, Books and Wine

I just finished reading One Day, by David Nicholls. Overall, I enjoyed it; it had unexpected moments of laughter and tears, and I would recommend it- although it did not make its way on to my favorites list. While it made for a quick and engaging read, there are many moments when I was sad, and even annoyed. If you are looking for a true, breezy, chick lit love story, this novel is not for you.
