Au Gratin Potatoes with Sausage Recipe. 2-3 pkg kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces. 6 celery ribs, chopped. 1 medium onion, chopped. 1 C cheddar, shredded. 8 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced. In a large skillet, sauté the sausage, celery and onion in olive oil until vegetables are tender. Once done, remove the mixture from the skillet, and set aside.
