Wednesday, November 23, 2011. i have so many things that i am thankful for and so many events that have left me feeling very blessed this year. But instead of listing all of them, i am going to tell you about one person that i am most thankful for this thanksgiving day. She is a very close friend of mine. We have known each other since we were 3, we grew up together on the same block and went all through our school years together. She is very special to me.
Thursday, November 11, 2010. Corn and Soybean harvest this year only took five weeks. I know many people are thinking that sounds like an eternity, however, it was rather quick, considering how long it has taken in years past. Otherwise, it was warm and sunny. Great harvest weather! Maddie and Daddy after supper one evening.
I could never find the right words to finish that post. As you know, sonogram day. Came and went and all of a sudden pink is entering my life again. In fact, pink is entering my life very soon as my due date quickly approaches. Boys usually win around here. Haha! We all think its probably a boy! Those can be.

Monday, August 24, 2009. Its like the first day of school. Last week, Cali went to Doggie Day Camp! We had meant to send her long ago but we were a little hesitant. She kept trying to be dominant and hardly obeyed us. After many dvds of Cesar Millan and numerous frustrating walks, we finally got her to realize that we were the pack leaders. The interview was a success! It really was like the first day of school. The proud parents happy to have her making new friends and getting along with everyone! We ha.

Thursday, December 4, 2008. Home is Where the Heart Is. Last week i drove home for the holidays and just kicked it with family and friends. I realized while I was there how much I love home.
