Monday, August 1, 2011. Dark Canyon is located near Lake Powell. We backpacked in and slept in a huge cave in the side of the mountain. We passed scorpions, rattlesnakes, and slept with bats. We spent 5 days exploring, cliff jumping, and climbing. We stopped at Goblin Valley on the way. Me and Gabe are near the top of the hike down in to the canyon. Way cool landscape to explore and monkey around. We caught and ate a rattlesnake. Best part- insane cliff jumping.
Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Every year on Memorial Day we go to visit the graves of my Grandparents, Lorenzo and Erma Roskelley and Vera and Robert Noakes, and now we have added our Dad and Uncle Jerry. We always stand around eat donuts and juice and visit. Some years this is the only time I see these Roskelley cousins. Katie and Annaleesa such good cousins! Not really they were being crazy on the right and decided to be nice and take a good picture on the left.
Friday, November 6, 2009. Where in the World are the Bairds? Carl, Tanner and I took a wonderful trip to Washington DC this spring. The girls and I made a trip to Boise in May and were able to make memories and spend time with Nana Mary. Sunday, June 20, 2010. So we went to California for Todds parents 50th wedding anniversary celebration. While there we took in a little side trip to San Francisco. Here we are eating at the Cheesecake Factory on top of the huge Macys. YUM! In Macys looking out over Union Square. Then we went to see Wicked! Tuesday, May 4, 2010. These are the Yoshi eggs I made from real eggs emptied out and filled with confetti. They threw them at stars on the house. Our backyard will forever glitter and shine. If ever.CONTENT
