Sunday, September 1, 2013. I of course havent blogged in about 9 months and so much has happen but tonight I want to blog about my zucchini recipes. It isnt mine actually it is one my Mom and Dad used to make back in the day when I was a little kiddo. It is so delicious. I make it every year when someone gives me the required humongous zucchini. Without further ado. 1 cup salad oil i used canola. 2 cups ch dark brown sugar, packed. 2cups grated, raw unpeeled zucchini. 3 cups all purpose flour.
