Saturday, December 1, 2012. We took a tour of the Acropolis. We spent 2 days in Egypt. The ship ported in Alexandria and then we took a 3 hour bus ride down towards Cairo.
Sunday, January 1, 2012. We were able to enjoy our 4 days off with them. Mom Hanna was generous giving us early Christmas gifts. Levi is still working at CarMax as a Level 3 mechanic. He is involved with his band, Huldra. They do shows at least twice a month. They just had their first CD release and hoping to do more. Levi is excited when he learns that European people likes his ba.

Saturday, June 2, 2012. Well I went into therapy this past Tuesday. My therapist, Heather, talked to me for a little bit while I wrote responses back and then she invited me into the room where they record your vocal chords. It was very emotional for me to make noise with my vocal chords because for some reason I was so afraid that nothing would come out.

Wednesday, November 21, 2012. One inch, two, three inches, four. More and more and more. Saturday brought clear blue skies, cold, and sun. The perfect day for sledding. Did we use a wooden sled? A sheet of plastic? Grandpa gave a big push and jumped in. Holding tightly to the edge of the pool, we slid twirling, slipping, screaming, smiling. Faster and faster until the wind pushed tears from our eyes. Other sledders raced out of our way.
