Wednesday, July 23, 2014. Throughout this entire time my husband Charles was by my side, encouraging me and keeping me hydrated and nibbling on food here and there. Wednesday morning found me fully dilated. I was thrilled with the prospect that maybe an end was in sight. After all, it had been over 18 hours of labor at that point. It was around 1pm that I had my moment of discouragement. I had been pushing for hours. I did not seem to be progres.

Its not about what I can do but what God can do through me. Sunday, December 5, 2010. I have been back home now for almost a year and a half now. Well this is definitely worth posting. Not to long after leaving some of my good friends publicly announced their relationship and commitment to the Lord through baptism. I am so happy for them! Friday, February 21, 2014. I think we often focus on the last part of the verse. How do I walk according to the spirit? What do I have to do? How do I not walk according to the flesh? What should I not do? What must I do.

Ah yes, the amazing teacher of my first month of Thai language lessons. She is the queen of communication! Whatever she had to do to get us to understand the Thai word or phrase, she did, whether it was draw it, act it out, show it in a picture, or build off of whatever other Thai words we knew.
