Sunday, November 1, 2009. Judgement or the lack of it. I have lately taken on a Prenatal Teacher Training that has surprised me for the better. The main focus on the course, aside from all the technicalities of pregnancy and yoga applied to it, is to learn how to not judge. It kind of make sense though. We are all in a journey of our own, we need to learn things by ourselves in order to grow. How cool and how true.
