Texas Parent PAC Celebrates 10 Years of Election Success! On July 22, 2005. Five spunky moms held an Austin news conference with the Capitol press corps to announce the formation of Texas Parent PAC. Parents are fed up, the new PAC leaders said. The Texas Legislature has failed our children and neighborhood schools.
