Take me back to dear old blighty. Tuesday, September 13, 2005. On take-off and landing my palms start sweating, my heart palpitates, my pupils are like saucers. That, afterall, is what a phobia is. I guess it can always be worse. Fear of people reading your mind.
Born October 4, 2010. Not quite as long this time between posts. SighI suppose I am never going to be good at keeping up with this. I got promoted at work.
Well, what an amazing family I have. It was all too short but possibly for that a highly enjoyable evening with many hugs tears in the corner of most eyes. Thursday, 21 June 2007.
Thursday, May 7, 2009. We have been very hot and humid for the last few days. Last week was really nice. We had about 8 inches of rain early in the week and then it was cloudy and cooler most of the week. Mom was here and it was really nice to sit out side in the morning and in the evenings. But this week after all that rain the mosquitoes. They are not bothered by the heat even in the middle of the day.

Around the Mountains Cycle Trail. Due to be completed in 2016, we learned that all of the legs of the Around the Mountains bike ride are built with the exception of the stage from Mossburn to Mavora Lakes. Only, as there are no toilets or fresh water available, but there are plenty of rubbish bins. With the lake nestled in between high mountains, it is also a popular spot for a picnic. Fairlight Station on the Around the Mountains Cycle Trail.
