Blurry and kind of wistful. So, its been a while. I know, and I dont really have a good excuse. One might think that after such a long hiatus, Id want to come back with a bang. Instead, Im coming back with a soup. Those are beef shanks. 6 cups of water. 2 cups chopped carrots. 2 cups chopped celery.
