Day 8 in Kunming, China!

Wednesday, November 26, 2008, 714 AM. We went to visit the Milk factory. We learnt how was the milk processed and how it as being packed before sending out to different stores. We took a lot of pictures there. We also went to the bird and flower market. Some of us bought few a bonquet of dry flowers for our parents, isnt that sweet? After doing some shopping at the bird and flower market we had to head back to the china airport at 2. Overall, this trip was a enriching and fun trip. Brenna Cheok Ming Zhu.

Day 1 in Kunming, China!

Everybody were excited to board the plane. The food on the plane was bad except for the bread and the ice cream. When we got down from the plane, every body received a rose from the An ning. We went to West hill after that, we had to climb up a lot of steps. The scenery was nice but we did not enjoy the dinner. We took a lot of pictures too.

Day 2 in Kunming, China!

It took us an 1hour plus to reach there. We were very welcome by them. they even put up a short chinese. We were very surprised and happy about that. While we were on the way there, there were more motorcyclist then drivers. we could even see our own breath in the morning. The first lesson we had was Chinese. In order to complete the writing the words, we need to put in a lot.

Day 3 in Kunming, China!

Today, we went to An Ning. It was much colder than yesterday. Once we reached there, we had to attend class straight away and we learnt how to use the Chinese brush to do painting. Thing we did in An Ning. Today was to explore their various laboratory. We had a mini science presentation and experiment by their students talking about force. Even though we lost, but we still enjoyed our self. We head back to t.

Day 4 in Kunming, China!

Today we went to Yunan. When we reach there, they had an opening performance for the tourist. When we were in there, we saw tentages. There were small stalls selling traditional souvenirs. And there were game stalls to play too. Some played the archery, darts, shooting of cans. Many of them won prizes such as umbrella and small pouch. Students went to the Aladin.

Day 5 in Kunming, China!

Went to Stone Forest after that . the stone forest is well known for its stones . actually it is a peacefully sea but due to global warming , the seawater evaporate plus lots of changes and became the STONE FOREST .

Day 6 in Kunming, China!

Sunday went for house visiting. mine is with their class mates. starting we went to the park and saw a rainbow . went to feed the fish . and after that we went to had some tea. Went to a roof which can see the over view of everything . took a lot scenery and a lot photo of the group . then we ran down the slope . we found some herb on the way . got a lot present and watch the TV programmes.

Day 7 in Kunming, China!

The 17th of November was our last day in Anning Middle school. Even though we attended school for 3 days, we had lots of fun and memorable memories that will not be forgotten. Anning Middle school is a very big school which look classy and clean. We were very fascinated by the way how the students in Anning Middle school respond to the teacher when they were in class. They are very focused and serious when they are into group work.
