All you have to do is Bring it, and you will be a Game changer. Second week of training is done. So i finished my second week of my Marathon training. I can feel how even early in my training i can feel a difference. Whit that being said on Wed when I was doing my sprints i hurt my groin muscle. With this it had me sidelined for a couple of days. Come Saturday I was feeling better.

Thursday, February 13, 2014. I guess I better get the posts up for 2013. So here it is! In October we went camping with some friends and family! We camped at Gifford Pinchot state park- it was beautiful! We brought the kayaks and got to go out on the lake! The kids love camping as much as we do. There we plenty of leaves and friends to play with! That night it got pretty cold but we stayed nice and toasty! Right before he started! .
