Wednesday, January 12, 2011. January 3rd - New Year holiday. Especially since that was NOT one of the things on my to-do list. January 5th - more database work and prep for staff meetings the next two days. January 6th and 7th - staff meetings.
As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Carter had a soccer tournament for the ymca thursday, friday and saturday. Thursday was the 1st round and his team won 3-1 and he scored one goal. Friday was the 2nd round and he won 1-0 and scored the only goal. Saturday was the championship and they won 3-1 against a team that had not lost all season and he scored 2 goals. After every goal he scored in the tournament he did tebowing.
Thursday, March 27, 2014. Our world is filled with injustice. Hunger, dirty water, poverty, human trafficking, and people without hope, without Jesus. Tiny Hands fights injustice, one child at a time in India, Nepal, and Bangladesh. I love to read their blog, praise God for the girls rescued, see the shining faces of those children in their homes, and receive great news from their One Girl Initiative.

I managed to keep my smile until I could no longer see the car and trailer. I had forced a smile and promised myself no tears on this exciting day- my youngest heading out on a great adventure.
