What a crazy week this has been! We started out the week with the Chinese New Year! Then yesterday, we celebrated the 100th day of school. Dog! Oh my goodness you guys, I had the most terrible sore throat on Wednesday night. Are ya with me? Ages 5 and up.
Wednesday, August 5, 2015. I teach at a Charter school in Arizona, and we are on a modified year-round calendar. So, I have been back in the swing of things for a few weeks now. Begin our daily morning work. Learn about proper sentence structure and begin our daily journaling. Discuss friendship and character with Kevin Henkes stories. In her class for the month of August! .

Saturday, January 27, 2007. This was the dish I always asked my Mom to make for my birthday growing up. It takes a bit of time, but it is sooo good! 1 cup pork loin cut in 1 inch squares. 1 whole green pepper cut in diamond shape pieces. 6 pieces 1 inch long green onion. 2 T preserved ginger, sliced. Pound pork until thin then cut into 1 inch squares. Work well with fingers to mix.
Saturday, July 5, 2014. Last week my son turned one. time flies and I cannot believe he is already one! We did a Dr. I love The Cat in The Hat and the other characters, and I thought it would be a cute idea for his 1st birthday party. Below are a few pictures of the party. The colors of the decoration were red, white and aqua. I made sugar cookies, and chocolate vanilla buttercream icing cupcakes.
Tuesday, June 2, 2015. 3rd Graders are teaching their classmates about planets this week! 3rd graders have been researching planets, the sun, and our moon.
