A little bit for you to take home. Tuesday, April 20, 2010. My epic adventures in Paris are about to drastically change. To Vietnam to be exact. I am about to finish my Master 1 at the École du Louvre and after I hand in my thesis, do my defense and nab that diploma I will be on an airplane to Saigon to work as a junior editorial assistant for an International publishing house called Sirrocco Parkstone. Tuesday, December 7, 2010. It is with great sadness that I announce that Tea and Traditions will be closing at the end of this month. It has been an amazing three years and I am grateful for the people I have met and the opportunities it has provided me. It is getting increasingly difficult to keep up with a growing family and business.

The tea ladies came for The State Fair Tea. It was a fun tea to put together. In the state fair research I found what was the most popular at fairs across the country and worked up a great menu that was enjoyed by all. A very nice suprise was how good chocolate covered bacon is! I had a dessert tea this year and decided to do all desserts as a cupcake! Well I found a few tea margarita recipes on the net.
