O dia iniciou com a abertura do evento, onde foram dadas as boas vindas a todos os participantes, parceiros e presentes, sendo que logo após a execução do hino nacional foram passadas as informações técnicas para competição. No local do evento, contamos também com o Projeto Lontra e seus professores que trouxeram exposições de filmes sobre a Lontra, a Iº Exposição de fotos do projeto Ciranda da Terra, Exposição de equipamentos de esporte e ave.
