Im finally ready to share some of my poetry. Saturday, 5 November 2011. I wrote this poem for my grandmothers funeral as she passed away suddenly but peacefully on Oct. There is nothing more important than your elders, the connection you have with them, the lessons they teach you and the memories you share. Our love to you forever. The pain we feel today. We knew you were fragile. But thought we still had a while. You lived to the fullest.
I have made these sandwiches a few times with different recipes, but I have to say, this is hands down the best one I have made. Originally, I found these. 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts.

Thoughts, rants, and shenanigans. Let his cape fall to the floor. And stumbled into the kitchen. Dazed, he forgot why he was there. A dim light blinked twice. He stared into a barren fridge. He was out of milk. Put his face in his hands. And stayed there for a while. He slowly climbed the stairs. Pausing on every third step.
