Ever Forward . . . But slowly . . . . Thursday, February 18, 2010. Ok - lets face it - I havent exercised in over 2 years - and honestly for about 1 12 years I didnt leave my chair a whole lot. Its just been the last few months that Im doing pretty much anything I want to do and feel great so I thought it was time to start exercising. Mornings are better for me to work out - get up - get it done! If theres anybody out there that wants to join me in this - you are more than welcome. Everyone needs .CONTENT
