We stayed at the beach for no reason last year and had so much fun. Ok so it turns out that an interesting thing happens in Washington at the beach in the winter. It stays the same as the summer. Friday, June 7, 2013. We may or may not have ditched work. We may or may not have pulled kids from school. We may or may not have enjoyed ourselves. We may or may not have had a lot of fun. Family Ditch Day was a success. And seriously, I think we have a coaster rider! No one prompted him to do this. He climbed up on my lap and the moment we crested, his hands shot straight up! Thursday, January 19, 2012. Time for swimming lessons! Both the kids did great and really made progress. We hiked to Bloomington Lake, went to the Paris Ice Caves, rode four wheelers, visited Grandma Weaver, played on the beach and in the water. We had a blast!
