It is so purple! The taste is not that great, but I threw it in a salad last night for dinner. Today I chopped it thinly along with some bokchoy, mushrooms, and onions and sauteed it in oil. Super yummy! Handful of purple kale, thinly sliced. 13 bunch of bokchoy, sliced. 3 or 4 mushrooms, washed and roughly chopped.
