My only-est girl turned 4 recently, and instead of doing a traditional cake, i decided to give her a flower pot filled with sugar cookies! 160; she was thrilled with them, and it was super easy! 160; and they came out beautifully once they cooled a bit.
We sang the familiar, O Come All Ye Faithful last Sunday. As I stood on the risers singing along with the choir, faith, joy, and triumph filled my heart.
Sunday, April 26, 2009. Grandma DaDosa-I found middle C! Serving Daddy some yummy treats. Deciding whether or not to pick the carrots. Serving up some bread in another kitchen area. We read Chicka Chicka Boom Boom and stamped Jackson on the tree. This was a cool box that was lit up. Lounging in the library area and petting the kittens. Spinning in a fun chair! And Id say its been about that long to process sending two of my kids to a charter school versus our prior six years of homeschooling. I know right? Glad you arent me! Its been so good for my soul!
