A personal story of cycling. Well, we are now 6 months in to 2015 so time to check on my progress. The last couple of weeks have been a continuation really of the previous few ones as I managed 4 rides each week. The final distances were pretty similar too with 159 miles one week and then 165 miles the week after that. Probably a combination of all 3 I guess. Is It Summer Yet? Now I was thinking that the speed might slip back a bi.
