Travels with Cindy and Bill. Wednesday, April 4, 2012. We are finally on the island of Kauai relaxing after an awful flight from Sydney to Honolulu. Had a full flight with lots of kids and a no frills airline, Jet Star. We even had to pay for a blanket! We got the last seats on the flight as soon as we found out that Fiji was flooded and the entire airport was under water. Air Pacific said that maybe they would fly out of Auckland on April 4! Friday, March 30, 2012. We are not in Hawaii after all!
