But stuff like going uphill or downhill, flipping over in bed, getting in and out of the tub, and stairs and general are all still kind of painful. Its likely that some kind of ligament is torn or partially torn. Im supposed to have an Orthopedic consult this week to figure out whats really going on down there. Tuesday, April 5, 2011. 2011 AT Thru-Hike

On March 23, 2011 I will begin an approximately 2,181 mile walk traversing the entire length of the Appalachian Trail from Springer Mountain in northern GA to Mt. Strawhat- -; ; ; -. Saturday, May 28, 2011. The local pizza joint delivers right to the shelter! I havent even seen a Taco Bell since I left home.
