روزتون مبارک! این مدت برنامه غذایی دخملی که خیلی خوب پیش رفته. الان تقریبا روزی یه واحد میوه و سبزی و پروتئین می خوره. شیرخشک رو هم خوب قبول کرد. خودم هم الان به وضع طبیعی برگشتم و خوشحالم که می تونم برم دنبال زندگیم! فعلا مدتیه که یخچال خراب شده و روزانه خرید می کنم.
گروهی همنشین من خلاف عقل و دین من. بگیرند آستین من که دست از دامنش بگسل. یک انقلابی دور از مصلحت. خیلی وقت است نه حوصله نوشتن دارم و نه دلیلی برای آن و نه حرف جدیدی. دیگر وقت گفتن ها و گفتن ها گذشته است.
