Poniedziałek, 15 lipca 2013. Pachnący sliwką chleb za zakwasie. Polecam, bo jest prosty i może chleb nie jest najpiękniejszym wypiekiem świata, ale zdecydowanie jednym z najsmaczniejszych. Leciutko go zmodyfikowałam dodając śliwkowe otręby i efekt jest zaskakująco pyszny. Chleb jest wilgotny i ma bardzo chrupiącą skórkę, a leciutki posmak śliwki dodaje czaru temu wytrawnemu wypiekowi.
