Hace meses que no participo en el Reto de Lorraine, pero hace dos meses que no tengo horno, bueno el caso es que este mes he participado y aquí lo tenéis. 250g de fresas limpias, cortadas en rodajas, y un poco más para decorar. 2 cucharadas de azúcar granulada. Unas gotas Marsala o jugo de naranja. Yo os he puesto mi receta del brazo de gitano. 1 cucharada de agua tibia.
