Friday, May 14, 2010. Home made Paneer or Tofu. I thought to start writing more on my cooking success as well, just so I can improve upon just like knitting. This week I tried my hand making Paneer as called in India I think its the closest to tofu. Simply put I find it very easy to make it at home with just milk and lime, the best part I like is, Paneer is just so fresh and soft. From few months I have actually stopped buying that outside. Home made tastes pretty good. Here is how it looked before.
