Bob started playing guitar in 1965 at the age of eight. His first guitar was a used Sears Guitar probably the one once owned by David. He played in many no-name garage bands through grade school while learning his chops. In high school, Bob played in a band named Substance Of The Unknown which was later shortened to Substance. Now that he and three other former members of OPEN WIDE have combined to form SWAGGER BACK, he will once again get a chance to combine his love for the blues with the ever popula.
