The House I Grew Up In. This is a book of powerful personal testimonies of five middle class English speaking Indian women who have been sexually abused as children by their close family members. In this book, they share their experiences of childhood incest and its impact on their lives. Every single story ends on a note of hope and the promise of a new life. The book was brought out by my organisation RAHI. It has been edited by my partner and colleague.
